Kaleidoscope: Twelfth Night
I participated in a curated collage of many different artists’ responses to a shared source material. In this initial iteration of the form, we focused on Twelfth Night, and I created a piece that focused on themes of excess.

Besides my dramaturgical contributions, I was lucky enough to play a small part in , which was Dacha’s first interactive show designed for a virtual platform.

Dacha opened our archives and streamed two past productions.
Catch The Seagull, a multilingual backyard production of the classic Chekov play from 2017.
Or tune in to Quick Bright Things, a black-box take on A Midsummer Night’s Dream from 2017.
The Bee-man of Orn
Dacha’s in-person shows always include some interactive element, so in the early days of the pandemic we decided to see how we could incorporate those elements into our digital shows and produced a virtual version of our hour-long fairytale The Bee-Man Of Orn.
You can learn more about the history of this charming and family-friendly devised show on the Dacha website, where you’ll also find links to watch our two livestreamed performances.

My first time working with GreenStage was certainly unique. During the early days of the pandemic, they pivoted multiple times, first adapting their audition and callback process to keep us all safe, then producing an entire virtual season of live Zoom readings.

Ruff Reads: Romeo & Juliet
I was a cast member of Seattle Shakespeare Company’s Educational Tour for the 2019 and 2020 touring season. We did a live Zoom reading of our 90 minute touring Romeo & Juliet for Seattle Shakespeare Company’s mainstream audience in April 2020, when no one was sure if we would be able to resume our touring schedule. The reading is no longer available, but they continue to produce work through their interactive game O, Wonder! I contributed a video discussing my role as Hamlet and the impact of the tour for O, Wonder! in its initial run during the summer of 2020.
